Thursdays 5-7 PM (Four Weeks) - 4th Session of 4 classes. Master the art of Indian cookery with Esther. You will learn to cook like an expert in just a few steps with our step-by-step methods. Requirements: Age - 13+ (belove 18 required to come with a paying adult) Allergy - Not suitable for the nut allergy suffers. You will be attending session 4 on this Thursday. ~ Week 4 Session: Bringing it all together. Cook your choice of meal from what you have learnt in the previous weeks. You will cook 1 dish and take it home (Part of your meal for the next day) - you have the choice to cook vegetarian, meat or a fish dish. For fish/prawn or sea food choice you will be required to pay additional £20 before the last session. ~ Summary, .- A four week unforgettable culinary journey with Esther. - Learn to put together traditional Indian home Indian recipes after having gained confidence in handling the spices/flavours/techniques. ~ We will give you all that you need to bring spice and flavours to suit your own taste buds, imparting you with the knowledge and skills to last life time to make delicious, healthy (as you wish) or indulgent fragrant food for family and friends alike. ~ Master the art of Indian cooking starting from the basics. ~ Step by step guidance. ~ Instilling confidence to create your own dishes after mastering our spice/blend/techniques. ~ We make it fun as well as easy for all ages and budgets/dietary needs - so you keep experimenting through out your life time. If you have not attended 1-3 sessions (3 previous Thursdays), you can not attend this course however, you can make up by coming 2 hours early so we can briefly go through (in 1.5 hours) all important information/techniques (there is an additional £30 /pp charge for this plus extra charge for fish/sea food - see above). Please check with us before booking this session on its own (to ensure you pay the correct amount - all dues must be paid in advance).
