Join me Esther at Esther's Manna House for a cooking experience to learn how you can create a simplified version of Chicken Korma. Cooking skills: None required - this class is suitable for all skill levels (novice to experts) Minimum Age: 13* and above Not suitable for: Those allergic to dairy** & nuts*** Chicken Korma is a Persian influenced dish popularised by the Mughals and dates back to the 16th century. There are many versions of Korma and can be made with vegetables, chicken, beef or even lamb and are normally braised with yogurt or stock. A korma can be as mild or as fiery as you wish and can be cooked combining spinach and vegetables like turnips which is more common in Northern India. In this class you will learn to cook this delicious dish and finish enjoying it with your choice of either plain rice, naan or even a simple Indian Salad. Or you can simply take it home. (DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN CONTAINERS). Come and watch, taste and cook (hands on) this amazing dish.
