Saturdays 10:00 AM- 2PM Age 13+ (Under 18's to be accompanied by a paying adult). Not suitable for - Nut allergy sufferers and those with sea food allergies. Learn with Esther to master some amazing fish and sea food dishes. This Session includes: You will master all spice/flavours/techniques uniquely used in India in the costal regions to perfectly cook fish/prawn and sea food. You will learn to bring /blend flavours and spices with fish/prawn/sea food. Summary Indian home recipes for fish curries are subtle and delicious with regional variations that include coconut, tamarind, chillies, mustard and a variety of spices. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to prepare and cook fish and seafood expertly and make tamarind pulp and spice pastes that enhance and lift the flavour of the main ingredient. Typical recipes include: Mackerel Pate - Demo taster only (with our choice of bread - GF option available ) Prawn with mango and coconut - Demo/Taster Keralan Fish Curry with coconut and tomato - Demo/taster You will cook one of these dishes from scratch (and take home). Please Note, (You will use Haddock/Sea Bass/Salmon - you can choose to cook with the fish of your preference, we need to be notified at least 2 weeks in advance)
