Course Overview Masala dosa, a popular Southern Indian street food - something unique to taste and learn how to cook at home with various dips and chutneys Demo/Taste/Eat Session only Suitable for – V/GF/Vegan and Non-vegetarians Not suitable for – Below 13** years age and people allergic to nuts*** Esther will demonstrate how to cook this crispy savoury Indian pancake made with rice and urud lentil which you will eat with the filling called 'Aloo Masala' You willl also taste some dips and chutneys but most importantly the opportunity to book to learn to cook this vegetarian/GF food which you can enjoy time and time again impressing your family and friends. We advice you to eat it at EMH - nothing beats the taste of a freshly made dosa! Let's cook together 1. Dosa 2. Aloo Masala filling (for the dosa) Plus various types of chutneys and dips that serve as accompaniments to this mouth watering dish. * Dosa is a southern Indian treat, which has become India's no. 1 street food and many restaurants in UK have been serving this scrumptious GF/Veg crepe filling with potato filling hence called Masala Dosa. **13-17 year olds must be accompanied by a participating paying adult. ***Nut Allergy FSA describes Nut Allergy as nuts belonging to tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
