Service Description
Join me at Esther's Manna House for a hands-on cooking experience where you will learn to create a delicious Chicken Pathia at home. Pathia is an ancient Indian Parsi dish known for its perfect balance of hot, sweet, and sour flavours. At EMH, we prepare a mild-to-moderate version using a mouth-watering blend of tamarind, lime, chili, and spices. During the class, you will learn to cook this dish from scratch and enjoy it with your choice of mushroom rice or plain rice, rotti (Indian flatbread), or a fresh Indian salad. You are welcome to eat in or take your creation home (as full meal), provided you bring your own containers. As always with all our cookery sessions we give lots of information and tips for you to feel confident to feel confident handling spicing and creating your own variation of dish(es) cooked. - Cooking Skills: None required; suitable for all levels from novice to expert. - Minimum Age: 13 and above (ages 13–17 must be accompanied by a participating paying adult). - Dietary Note: This class is not suitable for those with nut allergies.
