Co-Orporate Event (Private group) This session offers a unique combination of demonstrations, tastings, and hands-on cooking. It is a perfect opportunity to learn new skills, savour unique flavours, and build team spirit in a relaxed environment with your colleagues. Session Details: - Experience: Create a traditional Thali (Bhojanam), featuring a variety of dishes served with rice, flatbread, and sides. - Menu: - Onion Bhaji(ya) / Pakora with dips - Esther's Chicken (vegetarian alternatives provided) - Aloo Ghobi (Potato and Cauliflower) - Demonstration/Taster - Tomato and Tamarind Dips - Rotti (Chapathi/Indian Flat Bread) or Paratha - Rice and Kachumber (Indian Salad) - Capacity: 10 adults. - Suitability: Vegetarian and Gluten-Free (V/GF) friendly. Not suitable for those under 13 years of age or individuals with nut allergies. No prior cooking skills are required. We pride ourselves on using only fresh ingredients, and you will receive numerous tips to help you recreate these dishes at home to suit your own palate. Please remember to bring containers with you so you can take your creation and all the accompaniments home for a complete dinner (should you wish to not eat in) I look forward to welcoming the team for this unforgettable experience.
