Indian Fish and Seafood Cookery Course. Suitable for all fish/sea food lovers Age 13+ Not suitable for those allergic to fish/seafood and nuts Saturdays 10:00 AM- 2PM Age 13+ (Under 18's to be accompanied by a paying adult). Not suitable for - Nut allergy sufferers and those with sea food allergies. Learn with Esther to master some amazing fish and sea food dishes over the next 2 weeks. You will master all spice/flavours/techniques uniquely used in India in the costal regions to perfectly cook fish/prawn and sea food. Cooking with prawns or with haddock (or salmon) fish bringing together the spicing/flavours and techniques. Mastering spices and blending with fish/sea food (you will taste few dishes as we blend and make them) We will give you demo taster on 3 dishes - you will cook from scratch 1 dish. Take home what you cook (with accompaniments to make your full meal) (you tell us in advance what is your preference fish, prawns [or crab]- there is extra £5.00 for crab ) Summary Indian home recipes for fish curries are subtle and delicious with regional variations that include coconut, tamarind, chillies, mustard and a variety of spices. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to prepare and cook fish and seafood expertly and make tamarind pulp and spice pastes that enhance and lift the flavour of the main ingredient.
