Course Overview: Indian Mixed Thali Embark on a culinary journey where you will learn to create a traditional Thali—a platter featuring a variety of dishes served alongside rice, Indian flatbread, and sides making a typical full meal in an Inidan home. What to Expect: Format: The session includes a demonstration, tasting, and cooking. You will eat what you prepare or can take it home (bring containers if not eating in) Skills: No prior cooking skills are required. Menu: Following an introduction to spicing and blending, you will taste several dishes and cook the main dish. These menu consists of; 1. Esther's Chicken (step by step cookery by participants) 2. Aloo Gobi (or Potato and Chickpea) - demo/taster. 3 Rotti/ParathaPuri (Demo) Take home eat in with Riotti, Rice, and Kachumber salad. Our Ethos: We use freshly sourced, local ingredients. To make your experience seamless, we handle all the preparation and chopping before you arrive. Suitability and Safety: - This course is not suitable for Vegetarian and Gluten-Free diets - we have separate classes for them. - Age Requirement: Not suitable for children under 13. Participants aged 13–17 must be accompanied by a participating paying adult. - Allergies: This class is not suitable for individuals with tree nut allergies as we use spiuces from various diffrent outlets. Post-Class Support: Our goal is to give you the confidence to recreate these authentic flavors at home for your family and friends. You are welcome to contact us with any questions for up to four weeks after your session.
