Course Overview - Indian street-food workshop. Suitable for all (excluding* - see foot note). This session is a combination of demo/taster and hands on cooking of some very loved Indian Snacks/Mains. This HALF DAY workshop comprises of; The course is part demo/taster and part cooking by the attendees. This session comprises of; ~ Poha ~ Dhokla ~ Kachori ~ Pani Puri ~Dips/chutneys/raitas (to go with above) Learning and cooking with Esther; 1. The art of balancing spice and blending. 2. Watch - and taste as you go along through the day all the dishes. 3. Roll up your sleeves and cook/recreate dish (dishes) - you will cook at least one dish from the scratch and one dip, raita or chutney. The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to eat in (if that is your choice). You will be given lots of tips as with all our classes to recreate any dish to suit your palate making this an unforgettable experience. In Summary: What is on the offer?
