Lentil How Many Ways - Workshop (GF & Vegan Inclusive)
Service Description
If you love lentils or want to incorporate high protein sprouted lentils (and other types of lentils), this is a class for you! Join me Esther at Esther's Manna House for a hands on demonstration and cooking session on making a few tasty lentil dishes. No cooking skills required - this class is suitable for all levels, including vegan, and gluten-free (you need to advice on this), and vegetarian and non-vegetarian participants. In this session you will be given a cooking lesson on; - Bringing together spices (blending) and flavours of Indian cookery in a simplified way. - How to make; 1. Tarka Daal, 2. Sprouted Mung Daal, 3. Daal Chaat 4. Vegetarian Kichri aka Kichdi (Kedgeree). You will cook 1 dish of your choice (from what you may like from 4 dishes from our demo/taster). We do all prep, you are provided with an apron and plenty of soft and hot drinks throughout the session. Come and learn together to make some tasty Vegan/GF/Vegetarian dishes and enjoy them afterwards by eating in at EMH whilst sharing your experience with fellow participants at the end of the class. (PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO BRING CONTAINERS WITH YOU - if you wish to take your creation home)
