Cooking skills: None required - this class is suitable for all skill levels (novice to experts) Minimum Age: 13 and above Pathia is an ancient Indian Parsi (Persian influenced) dish with sauce which is mildly hot, a bit sweet, and a bit sour, with use of chillies, tamarind, jaggery balancing the sweet/sour/tangy flavours to perfection. At EMH we make a mild/moderate version and bring together this mouth watering dish by incorporating a blend of tamarind, lime, chilly and other spices. In this class you will learn to cook this delicious dish and take it home with you! The knowledge and hands on experience you take away will leave you delighted for years to come. *13-17 year olds must be accompanied by a participating paying adult. Tea, coffee, OJ and AJ included.
