Bespoke Session Demo, Tasting, Hands-on Cooking and Dinner ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Private PM session bringing together the principles of Indian cookery/spice handling as well as mastering a few dishes along the way - cooking all from scratch. Final meal consists of; Chicken Jalfrezi - demo/cook from scratch Esther's Aaloo - Esther's special potato dish - as time permits much tastier dish than Bombay aaloo (potatoes) (Chicken - demo and cooking). Indian Bread - Rotti/Paratha Rice (accompaniment for the lunch) Indian Salad (accompaniment for the dinner) We look forward to having you join us at Esther's Manna House. Let's Cook Together!!!
